Item Description
The Jot Travis Student Union is see showcasing the Dining Commons (south) part of the building with Manzanita Lake in the foreground. The top of Lincoln Hall can be seen in background (center) and a part of Frandsen Humanities can be seen in background (right). The Dining Commons was constructed in the original design of the Jot Travis Student Union, which opened in 1958, and served as the main residential housing cafeteria until 2004. Today, the same area is an on-campus cafe called The Overlook.
