Photograph of John Lilley, left, and Mark Fox during Fox's introductory press conference as the new head coach of the Nevada men's basketball team. Fox was the associate head coach under Trent Johnson for the 2001 through 2004 seasons and the head coach for the 2005 through 2009 seasons. Over his five seasons as the head coach, Fox led the Wolf Pack to 123 wins, 3 NCAA Tournament appearances (05-07), and 2 College Basketball Invitational appearances (08-09). Fox was the Don Haskins Coach of the Year in 2005, 2006, and 2007 and was the District 13 Coach of the Year in 2007. Fox was inducted into the Nevada Athletics Hall of Fame in 2016. Lilley was the President of the University of Nevada, Reno from 2001 to 2005.
