Photograph of Fruit Growers Supply Company’s Locomotive No. 34 at the Westwood, California operation; The Locomotive, 1/34 (2-6-0), pictured here was acquired by the Fruit Growers Supply Company in 1928. It was originally built by Baldwin in 1903, construction #23256. In 1907, it became Ocean Shore Railway Locomotive No. 21 before it was sold to the Fruit Grower's Supply Company. The locomotive was used by both the Pacific Lumber Company and the Red River Lumber Company; title supplied by cataloger; photo is one of two taken at same spot -- see also UNRS-P1993-06-0779; photographic print
