Photograph of the Nevada baseball program cover for the 1985 season. The cover features Nevada baseball player Jim Puzey. Puzey was a catcher for the Wolf Pack from 1982 to 1985. Over his four seasons at Nevada, Puzey posted a .355 batting average, hit 39 doubles, and drove in 101 runs. Puzey was an All-NCBA first team selection in both 1983 and 1984 and an All-WAC first team selection in 1985. Puzey was selected by the St. Louis Cardinals in the 17th round of the 1985 MLB June Amateur Draft. The Wolf Pack finished the 1985 season with 26 wins and 26 losses.
