Item Description
Artist Joe C. Rock depicts a cowboy riding a wild mustang into the sunset, representative of the Reno Rodeo, in this mural painted during the Inaugural Reno Mural Expo in October, 2017. A halo of barbed wire floats above the cowboy's hat and a locomotive disguises itself in the body of the mustang. The background is painted bright blue with a beige banner swirling across it that reads "Get Buck Get Broke." Objects, such as grape bundles, crowns (a common object in Rock's murals), hearts and cherries speckle the mural's background.
