Kendel Leslie's signal-box mural is dedicated to the preservation of Nevada's wilderness and wildlife. Leslie has painted a public-service announcement on the back side of the box: the words "Do your part, stand up for wildlife" with the outline of a heart at the end and the silhouettes of various animals (bighorn sheep, pronghorn antelope, mountain bluebird, jackrabbit, and coyote) have been encased in a gray rectangle with curvy edges. A sky with rolling white clouds appears above. Blue, green, and yellow rolling hills appear below. In the bottom-right corner, a jackrabbit stands in the dessert landscape. Leslie's name and Facebook address (Facebook.com/KendelsArt) are painted in black in the bottom-right corner.
