Photograph of the Nevada baseball program cover for the 1983 season. The cover features Wolf Pack seniors, from left to right, Tony Shanks, Barry Kuzminski, Rich McEwan, and Mondel Williams. Shanks was a catcher for the Wolf Pack from 1979 to 1980 and from 1982 to 1983. Kuzminski was a pitcher for the Wolf Pack from 1980 to 1983. Over his four seasons at Nevada, Kuzminski won 24 games, struck out 221 batters, and pitched 9 complete games. Kuzminski was an All-NCBA second team selection in 1981. McEwan was a pitcher for the Wolf Pack from 1992 to 1993. Williams was an outfielder for the Wolf Pack in 1981 and 1983. Over his two seasons at Nevada. Williams posted a .300 batting average, hit 7 home runs, and drove in 39 runs. The Wolf Pack finished the 1983 season with 19 wins and 28 losses.
