Item Description
People are present for the University Library's dedication in 1914. The University Library (now the Jones Center) was designed by renowned Reno architect Frederick De Longchamps built in 1914 as the first library on campus. This building, located on the northwest side of the Quad, changed to be the “Hall of English,” Journalism Building, Student Services, Bureau of Business and Economic Research, and current Jones Visitor Center.
