Photograph of Miam Dolphins player #75, Doug Betters, attempting to bring down Steve Grogan during a game against the New England Patriots. Betters was a defensive end for the Wolf Pack in 1977. Betters earned AP All-America honors in 1977 and was selected by the Miami Dolphins in the 6th round of the 1978 NFL Draft. Over his ten professional seasons with the Dolphins, Betters officially totaled 46.5 sacks. Betters was named the NFL Defensive Player of the Year, earned All-Pro honors, and was selected to the Pro Bowl in 1983 after recording 16 sacks over the course of the regular season. Betters was inducted into the Nevada Athletics Hall of Fame in 1977.

Photographs were scanned at 600 ppi with an Epson Expression 11000 XL or Epson Perfection V600. Film transparencies, slides, and programs were scanned at a variety of resolutions on both Epson scanners. All tasks were performed using Microsoft Windows 7 Enterprise Service Pack 1.
