Item Description
This view shows the Fleischmann Planetarium and Science Center surrounded with greenery. The Fleischmann Atmospherium-Planetarium was built in 1963, later changing its name to the Fleischmann Planetarium and Science Center. It was the first planetarium in the world to play full-scale movies in its dome. Today, it is still at the edge of planetary science technology, being one of the first to use the Spitz SciDome digital projector to produce incredibly high quality 3-D image movies.
