Photograph of Nevada men's basketball coach Mark Fox. Fox was the associate head coach under Trent Johnson for the 2001 through 2004 seasons and the head coach for the 2005 through 2009 seasons. Over his five seasons as the head coach, Fox led the Wolf Pack to 123 wins, 3 NCAA Tournament appearances (05-07), and 2 College Basketball Invitational appearances (08-09). Nevada finished the regular season in first three times, tied for first once, and second once in the WAC under Fox. Nevada won the WAC Tournament in 2006. Fox was the Don Haskins Coach of the Year in 2005, 2006, and 2007 and was the District 13 Coach of the Year in 2007. Fox was inducted into the Nevada Athletics Hall of Fame in 2016.
