Nevada Rock Art. Petroglyphs at Crystal Wash: One of the panels reveals superimposition, which occurs when petroglyphs are engraved over other already existed graphics. This does indicate which style or engraving came first, and may indicate that the site was multi-generational. There is a grinding slick on the flat rockface in front of these two boulders. Anthropomorhps are human figures, zoomorhps include mountain sheep and other animals; and the banded anthropomorph motif found farthest to the right. Variations of this figure type are found locally. April, 2007.
