Photograph of Nevada baseball player Chad Qualls pitching in 1999. Qualls was a pitcher for the Wolf Pack from 1999 to 2000. Over his two seasons at Nevada, Qualls won 22 games, struck out 199 batters, and pitched 9 complete games. Qualls was selected by the Houston Astros in the second round of the 2000 MLB June Amateur Draft.
