Photograph of University of Nevada track and field team athletes running to the finish line of the 100 yard dash during the track meet against San Francisco State in 1948. The four Nevada athletes pictured, from right to left and in the order in which they finished, are Sherman Howard, Tom Kalmanir, Charlie Springer, and Enssellin. Howard and Kalmanir were inducted into the Nevada Athletics Hall of Fame in 1995 and 1973 respectively.
