Artemisia, 2023

The Associated Students of the University of Nevada (ASUN) was established in the fall of 1896 and began publishing a yearbook for the University, the Artemisia, in 1898. No yearbooks were published in 1895-1897, 1906-1907, 1909-1912, 1915-1916, or in 2000. All copies of the 1906 Artemisia were destroyed by fire at the printer's in San Francisco following the massive earthquake. The last traditional yearbook was published in 2004. Afterwards, ASUN began publishing a periodical that was also called the Artemisia. In 2008, the Artemisia periodical became Insight Magazine. In 2023, ASUN revived publishing the Artemisia yearbook.
