Harry Reid Engineering Lab is seen on a sunny day. Opened in 1991, the Harry Reid Engineering Laboratory hosts a myriad of training spaces for engineering students. This includes the James E. Rogers and Louis Wiener Jr. Large-Scale Structures Lab and Center for Civil Engineering Earthquake Research, one of the largest earthquake labs in the U.S. which has been used in the testing of the San Francisco-Oakland Bay Bridge.
