In this painting, artist Jennifer Charboneau reinterprets Paul Cezanne's infamous modernist style painting, The Basket of Apples. Like Cezanne, Charboneau abstracts still-life painting by alluding to objects without defining their form. Charboneau uses shades of red, orange, yellow, blue, green, and white for this work. Lastly, Charboneau adds black font and her signature on the left side of work.
