Round bottom bowl: rigid, close twining, warp elements at start are layered in sets off threes reinforced with weft material, three strand twining (s-twist, wefts) 1.8 cm from start, simple twining (s-twist wefts) 1.8 cm to rim with exception of three bands of three strand twining (s twist wefts); the first band contains four rows 2.3 cm from start, the second band contains four weft rows, 3 cm from start, the third band contains five weft rows, 4.8 cm from start. Rim: simple twine end selvage, end of final weft row is tied in a knot around warps, warps are truncated after final weft course. Design: five diamond designs outlined by brown triangles repeat around wall, between four of the diamonds are "H" symbols, bottom of piece is light brown extending 5.9 cm from start.

This digital collection represents baskets from the University of Nevada, Reno Department of Anthropology's Huber collection. Lulu K. Huber collected nearly 600 baskets made by Native American weavers from roughly 1840 to 1930, including pieces by weavers from Washoe, Paiute, Shoshone, Bannock and Ute peoples in the Great Basin and by weavers from more than 25 Native American peoples elsewhere in the West.
